Shipping Policy

Where we ship We currently ship to addresses within Australia only.

Processing time Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery times Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Express shipping options are available at checkout.

Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method. 

Order tracking Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Incorrect addresses Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of placing your order. LALA Hair Studio is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Damaged or missing orders If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe please contact us at hello@lalahairstudio.com and we will do our best to resolve it promptly.

Click and Collect Prefer to pick up in person? Click and Collect is available from our Brisbane salon. Select this option at checkout and we will notify you when your order is ready.
