Booking Terms + Conditions

  1. LALA Hair Studio requires a non-refundable deposit of $50 per service to make an appointment at time of booking (including online bookings, over the phone, email or in person). 
  2. Rebooking in salon also requires a $50 deposit which is also non-refundable and subject to the same terms. 
  3. You can reschedule for up to 48 hours before the appointment. Any changes occurring after will result in a loss of deposit and require a new deposit to book and a rescheduling fee. Scheduling policies include the length of appointments and are classed as a change of mind to shorten the original service within 48 hours. The client will be liable for 50% of the cost of the original services booked  in order to proceed and make up for hairstylist lost revenue.  Example: Changing from a  Full Head of Foils & Stylecut to only a Toner & Stylecut. 
  4.  The LALA Hair Studio reserves the right to cancel your appointment with no refund if you are late by more than 15 minutes and haven't informed us. If more than 15 minutes late we may not be able to accommodate your full appointment.
  5. If you do not show up to your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and your total remaining appointment cost will be charged to the card on file.

    Please keep in mind when making an appointment that as an appointment-based business not giving us a reasonable amount of time to fill your appointment with another client or failing to show up to your appointment will result in a significant loss for our business. The deposits we take at the time of booking and our cancellation fees have been put in place to ensure we can keep creating beautiful hair day in, day out! 

  6. If you do not confirm your appointment at least 48 hours prior it may be cancelled if we are unable to contact you. In order to reschedule an appointment, please call us.
  7. To take advantage of any promos run by LALA Hair Studio, you should book your reservation as a promo service via phone or online. Otherwise, the regular price will be charged. 
  8. Blow dry package is valid for 30 days from first booking. Redeemable in Salon Tuesday-Friday. Bookings required, non-transferable. Add-ons Glam Wave $30; Curls $30; Treatment from $35;  Extra Long Hair/Extensions $20. Paid at the Salon. Not valid in Christmas trading time (from 1st till 31st of December). Not available for booking with Master Director Leigh. 
  9. Price list valid as of 23.02.2023. Prices are subject to change should services require extra time or product.
  10. The promotional price of $150 for Glazing + Treatment + Blow Dry is based on standard hair lengths. Final pricing may vary depending on the length, thickness, or condition of the hair, which may require additional product or time. Please consult with your stylist at the time of your appointment for a precise quote.

 

SATISFACTION COMMITMENT POLICY:

At LALA, our goal for you is to leave happy and in love with your new colour or cut and love the experience you have had with us! We are a team that builds relationships with their clients as we all care about each other greatly and all of our clients equally. If for some reason you are unhappy with your hair or any part of the service, we would greatly appreciate any feedback whether it be during your appointment or immediately after if you do end up leaving the salon. We want all of our guests to feel comfortable enough to bring up any concerns that they have, we understand that on the rare occasion a miscommunication error can happen during consultation and we would hate for you to leave feeling deflated as that is not what we want to happen at all!

We offer a 2 week grace period to adjust any services that you are unhappy with within reason, of course. The stylist who did your service initially will be happy for you to come back and adjust anything that needs doing and a further consultation will be done with you to find out where this miscommunication occurred.

If it is a change of mind, we unfortunately do not offer a refund or compensation for this.

Please call the salon or message us directly and we will then arrange a time for you to return to the salon for a consultation with your stylist to discuss any concerns that you have during an in-depth consultation to make sure we have spoken about absolutely everything in case anything was missed during your first consultation.

 

The LALA Feel Good Loyalty Club T&C:

  1. Eligibility: The LALA Hair Studio Feel Good Loyalty Club is open to all existing and new clients of LALA Hair Studio. 
  2. Enrollment: Clients are automatically enrolled in the Feel Good Loyalty Club  upon availing of any service or purchasing products from LALA Hair Studio.
  3. Earning Points: Clients earn one (1) point for every one (1) dollar spent on services at LALA Hair Studio. Points are credited to the client’s loyalty account after the completion of payment.
  4. Redemption of Points: Points can be redeemed for services offered by LALA Hair Studio as specified in the loyalty program details. The redemption value and services available for points redemption are subject to change at the discretion of LALA Hair Studio.
  5. Point Expiration: Loyalty points are valid for twelve (12) months from the date they are earned. Unused points will expire after this period.
  6. Non-Transferability: Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Points are assigned to the client's account and cannot be combined with other clients' points.
  7. Account Information: Clients are responsible for ensuring their contact information is up-to-date. LALA Hair Studio is not responsible for communication errors due to incorrect contact information.
  8. Program Modification and Termination: LALA Hair Studio reserves the right to modify or terminate the Feel Good Loyalty Club or any of its terms and conditions without prior notice.
  9. Privacy: Personal information collected through the Feel Good Loyalty Club  will be used in accordance with LALA Hair Studio’s privacy policy.
  10. Limitation of Liability: LALA Hair Studio will not be liable for any system failure or malfunction of the Feel Good Loyalty Club or any consequences thereof.
  11. Acceptance of Terms: Participation in the Feel Good Loyalty Club constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  12. Scheduling Restrictions: Bonus services redeemed through the Loyalty Program, such as blow dry and styling sessions, are subject to scheduling availability and cannot be booked on Saturdays.
  13. Booking Process for Redeemed Services: All services redeemed through loyalty points must be scheduled directly with our salon staff. Please book these services over the phone or in person at LALA Hair Studio. Online booking is not available for services redeemed through loyalty points.
  14. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or related to the Loyalty Program shall be resolved by LALA Hair Studio management, whose decision shall be final and binding.
